What’s the best way to care for Tough Duck products?

Please refer to the care label on the inside of the garment. If the label has been removed or is unreadable use the following instructions:

Wash cold, do not bleach and tumble dry low. Remove promptly.

A garment I purchased has a faulty component. How do I go about exchanging it or getting a refund?

Are your clothes made in Canada?

We work with the best manufacturers from all over the world to deliver the highest quality garments. Some apparel is made in Canada and much is made overseas.

Why does your safety apparel have an X-back design instead of a U-back design?

The X-back design provides an additional layer of protection as it lets equipment operators know if the workers on a jobsite can see them coming or not. Click here to learn more about how the X-back design improves worker safety.

Retailers

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount. However, a $10.00 service fee is applied for orders under $150.00.

How much are your shipping fees?

The following fees are applied to all orders:

  • Free freight is offered on all orders over $1,500.00 in Canada and the U.S. Exceptions apply for the Maritimes, with free freight offered on orders over $2,000.00.
  • Free freight is not available on orders for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Hawaii and Alaska.
  • An additional $10.00 service charge is applied to orders under $150.00.
  • An additional $5.00 fee is applied for garment and apparel Drop Ship requests.

How do I return products?

A return authorization number is required to return product. Any product returned without a return authorization is considered an unauthorized return and may not be eligible for a credit. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization number.
