To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

To complete your return, we need you to complete the form included with your package.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and to let you know if there are any issues accepting the return or exchange.

If approved, your return will be processed. Please allow 5-10 days for a credit to appear on your account.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
